Senior Care Assistant
As Senior Care Assistant, you will assist the Home Manager, Clinical Lead and Registered Nurses in their professional and administrative duties. You will also ensure that standards are maintained and that adequate cover is provided. Senior Care Assistants are required to work at nights, weekends and Bank Holidays by agreement with the Home Manager.
Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant at Ford House, you will participate in the assessment and implementation of care provided for each individual service user. You will also work with colleagues as part of a team to establish and maintain high standards of care, which can be measured as outcomes for each service user.
Registered Nurse
In this role, you will provide nursing assessment and care on a day-to-day basis, working collaboratively with all colleagues and disciplines to ensure a high standard of care.
